The weatherman predicted partly cloudy skies for Thursday as well, along with possibility of thundery developments in some areas.
“There will be mist in the morning. The maximum and the minimum temperatures are expected to settle around 28 and 18 degrees Celsius, respectively,” a MeT official said.
The weather department has predicted that temperature will dip further in the coming days.

Usually by the end of October the temperatures in the region drop by a decent margin. According to the data available with weather portal, Skymet, the average day temperature by the end of the month comes down to settle at 30 degrees Celsius, while the minimum touches 15 degrees Celsius at times.
“Earlier the Western Disturbance which gave good amounts of precipitation in the hills had left behind a light induced system, which is currently over Rajasthan in form of a cyclonic circulation. This cyclonic circulation is likely to become more marked and cause weather changes over East Rajasthan, North Gujarat and West Madhya Pradesh,” Skymet said.
