Mark McClear, a semiconductor and LED industry veteran, has joined Wireless Environment’s board of directors in 4Q 2015.

McClear brings nearly 30 years of experience from LED lighting leader Cree, Inc.; global chemical company The Dow Chemical Company; industrial gas company Praxair; and electronics and semiconductors company Texas Instruments. In August 2015, McClear was appointed chief operating officer at thermal management technology company Phononic.
McClear has 18 issued and published patents in electronics, LED and solid state lighting.
